Booking and cancellations conditions

You will be asked a deposit check of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The balance will be paid when delivering the keys.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned by the owner.

Accommodation conditions

You will be asked a deposit check of 400 € when delivering the keys.

Reception for 2 p.m
The villa must be released at 10:00.
Sheets and towels: We provide them.

Included in the rental : The final cleaning, sheets, towels, pool towels, electric (except between october and april) and water consumption.
You can rent the villa from Saturday to Saturday, weekly, fortnight or monthly.
From October to April included, power consumption is additional.
